Apr\u00e8s 20 ans d’exp\u00e9rience dans des fonctions de direction commerciale, <\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/strong> a choisi l’ind\u00e9pendance.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font> C’\u00e9tait il y a 13 ans.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle intervient aujourd’hui dans les entreprises <\/font><\/font>pour faciliter l’alignement entre la strat\u00e9gie et les op\u00e9rations.
Tant\u00f4t directrice \u00e0 temps partag\u00e9e, tant\u00f4t en accompagnement op\u00e9rationnel, elle s’appuie sur la pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique, les principes de l’organisation apprenante et de l’organisation collaborative.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son moteur : cr\u00e9er des projets collectifs qui permettent \u00e0 chacun de trouver du sens et un v\u00e9ritable espace de r\u00e9alisation, en faisant coexister dynamiques individuelles et dynamiques collectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convaincue que l’isolement freine l’impact et la progression des ind\u00e9pendants, elle a initi\u00e9 <\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font>Coop\u00e9ration Locale<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/strong> pour cr\u00e9er des espaces de rencontre, de partage, d’apprentissage et de soutien sur le territoire.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
